All prices appearing in our online gallery do not include taxes levied by each country on purchases and commercial transactions.

Payment will be made at the time of purchase. Once payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to the user, and once production is complete, the shipment tracking number will be sent.

Products will be shipped to the address provided by the interested party at the time of purchase. Shipping is free for all reproductions within the United States, while for other destinations, shipping will be calculated based on the delivery address, product weight, and the shipping method selected by the buyer. This payment goes entirely to the shipping companies, not to Orillas Art Gallery.
We make every effort to deliver products within the timeframe indicated in their description. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service provider.

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If the package is returned to our store due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If the package is lost during shipping, we will do everything possible to resolve the issue. If we are unable to locate the package, we will provide a full refund or replacement of the part to the buyer.

As is customary in the art market, we do not offer returns. However, we can make exchanges and price adjustments if the buyer wishes to exchange the purchased print for a smaller or larger format. This is possible up to 7 days after the buyer receives their piece. Furthermore, the product must be in the same condition as when received, unused, and in its original packaging.
The user is responsible for the shipping costs of the part that will be exchanged for one of a different format.

Reproduction, distribution, display, transmission, or exploitation of any content from our online store is prohibited without our express written permission.
